I have lived here for several years and love it. People are friendly and property is very safe. Maintenance and management is very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful property. The owner puts something new in every year to make the property nice. Love living here.

The entire move here was the best decision I have made. Management, staff and the grounds are the absolute best. Well cared for and maintained. I could not be happier.

i currently live here. the Deluxe apartments on the ground floor are awesome with the fenced in patio. good school district too. the manage is fair woman who cares about the tenants. Grounds are kept pretty and clean. Repairs are taken care of in a good time, Denise is so nice.

I lived at Deerfield Apartments for 4 years, bought a house, decided owning a house wasn’t for me, and moved back to Deerfield Apartments and I have been living there for another 4 years. The complex has many trees, a nice pool, a workout room and is very quiet. Management is easily accessible and when repairs are needed, they are repaired in a timely manner. Rent prices are comparable for this area and security is great with the front gate and locked door hallways. Deerfield Apartments are centrally located to access many highways and there are plenty of shopping venues around. Deerfield Apartments is a nice place to live!!

This is a great property, I have been here over two years now. Jennifer takes care of business, the grounds are well maintained, pool is awesome, its quiet, respectful neighbors. Dennis does good work around the property, he got my apartment updated prior to moving in and I have yet to have a single problem.

Management strives to keep a clean, quiet complex. Nice quiet place to rent, carport, and close to highways and shopping.

Gated community was looking for covered parking. That it has washer and dryer hook ups. Had an apartment right by the pool with easy access no matter where you live on the property.

Love that this is a gated community, it feels very safe here. There is a nice pool, playground, work out room and all these areas are easily accessible to all residents. I couldn’t have found a better, cleaner, tidier place to live. Very happy here.

Deerfield is a quiet, clean apartment complex with nice residents. I feel safe with the security gates, and enjoy walking around the complex. The staff is friendly and take great care of the property.

I have lived here for over two years and I absolutely love it. My rent is reasonable, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, and I have become close with several long-term residents here. Maintenance is quick and helpful. My unit is remodeled with new appliances, new kitchen cabinets, and bathroom vanity. Washer and dryer connections conveniently inside my unit. The pool is a nice bonus in the summertime.

Because im a renter and work in the area i have lived in most of the apartment complexes around Tesson Ferry. I can tell you that this is the best option. Good management. Well kept grounds and respectable neighbors. There is a gate that locks at night at the front of the subdivision, so you dont have to worry about your vehicle, and security doors in the buildings with a buzz in system. Issues are addressed right away and things arent put off like they are at some complexes. Jennifer, the manager is very nice and always helpful. 5 stars
